To run our 7-day challenges, we use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, given by clicking the WhatsApp button) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the service you requested).
Data transfer to the USA: Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). As an additional safeguard, we also rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a fallback transfer mechanism. Recipients of your data are Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (our EU contractual partner) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA, DPF-certified).
Meta’s own legal terms apply automatically through our use of the WhatsApp Business Platform (no separate signed data processing agreement exists or is required):
- Data processing: whatsapp.com/legal/business-data-processing-terms
- Data transfer addendum: whatsapp.com/legal/business-data-transfer-addendum
- Data Privacy Framework: whatsapp.com/legal/data-privacy-framework
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending “STOP” to us on WhatsApp. This immediately ends the automated messages.
