Your first practice. Just 10 minutes of simple, gentle movement — cat-cow, forward fold, child's pose. No complicated poses. No performance. Just breathing and moving at YOUR pace.
Breath is the foundation of yoga. Today you'll learn 3 breathing techniques: box breathing for calm, ujjayi breath for focus, and alternate nostril breathing for balance. These work on AND off the mat.
Time to build strength. Warrior I, Warrior II, Triangle Pose — these are the backbone of any yoga practice. Today you'll learn 5 standing poses and flow between them. Your legs will feel alive.
Your hips store tension and emotion. This flow focuses on deep hip openers: pigeon pose, lizard pose, happy baby. Go slow, breathe deep, and let your body release what it's been holding.
Yoga is not just stretching — it builds serious strength. Today's flow includes plank variations, chaturanga, and arm balances. Challenge yourself, but respect your limits. Strength grows in the discomfort.
Everything comes together. A 20-minute flow combining breathwork, standing poses, hip openers, and strength — followed by a 5-minute guided meditation. This is YOUR practice now.
