Stand in front of a mirror for 2 minutes. Don't critique. Don't pose. Just look. Notice what your inner voice says — and gently redirect it to something neutral or kind.
Today you'll wear something that makes YOU feel good — not what's "appropriate," not what hides, not what others expect. Dress for the feeling, not the audience.
Not to burn calories. Not to "earn" food. Today you move because it feels GOOD. Dance to your favorite song, stretch in the sun, walk somewhere beautiful.
You compliment your friends without thinking twice. Today you'll direct that energy inward. Write yourself 3 compliments — about who you are, how you show up, what you've overcome.

This challenge is a starting point, not a cure. If you have a diagnosed eating disorder or severe body dysmorphia, please work with a professional. These tools complement therapy beautifully.
Day 2 is a gentle exercise — 2 minutes, fully clothed, with guidance. You can modify it (start with just your face, or use a photo). Your supporter helps you through it.
No. This is about changing how you FEEL in your body — not how your body looks. There are no weigh-ins, no before/after photos, no diet talk.
Between 5 and 15 minutes. Most days are 10 minutes. Day 6 takes just 5 — a quick power posing practice.
We skip the "I am a goddess" stuff. This is practical: body neutrality, posture shifts, outfit choices, and movement. Grounded tools for real women, not motivational posters.
